The terms below govern access to and use of the PolicyAtlas website and platform. Please read them carefully.

This page is maintained by PolicyAtlas — an initiative of the African Skills and Innovation Network (ASIN). It describes our current practices. Nothing on this page constitutes a certification, legal advice or a warranty. Contact us if you need customer-specific commitments.
Section 01

The agreement

By accessing PolicyAtlas you agree to these Terms. If you're entering into them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Section 02

Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Section 03

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the platform or its output.
  • Use the platform to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the service.
  • Use PolicyAtlas output as the sole basis for regulated advice without independent verification.
Section 04

Content and intellectual property

PolicyAtlas, our name, logos and the underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. Access to the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose. You keep the rights to content you upload; you grant us the rights we need to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers

PolicyAtlas provides intelligence signals derived from public sources. It does not constitute legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 06

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyAtlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues or data arising from use of the service.

Section 07

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time; paid plans may be cancelled through your billing settings.

Section 08

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity contracting with you as set out in your order form or plan documentation. Where none applies, the laws of England and Wales govern by default.
